We want every piece to sell through your shop. If something isn't right, our self-service return portal makes it simple.

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original, resalable condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Clearance and final-sale items are not eligible.

How it works

1. Open My Account → Orders, choose the order, and click Request a Return.
2. Select the items and reason. We approve most requests instantly.
3. A prepaid return label is generated automatically — print and ship.
4. Once received, your refund or store credit is issued to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days.

Defects

Manufacturing defects are always covered. Send a photo through the return portal and we'll make it right — no return shipping required.
